		<description>Hi Glen, Good luck with the arrangement.  It's how I work as well and I must admit it works for me.

In terms of online services that I use regularly there is Google calendar, Basecamp, Highrise and of course skype and ichat.  If you are looking for a pretty comprehensive list of these sorts of services I recently found the Office 2.0 database which has a pretty comprehensive list of online apps that might be useful.  http://o20db.com/db/setup/

I guess the key is picking which of them will be here next year.  :)
