• Assisted Online Marketing: get us to setup your site, and kick start your content with keyword analysis research, creation of search engine authority pages and a Google AdWords search marketing campaign. You can then use your blog to keep your site fresh, or even use one of our Site Assistants to help with content on an ongoing basis.

Our core website product is based on Wordpress and includes:

• Meeting with you to prepare a Site Plan that maps out all the components of the site
• Getting your ideas down to create a Graphics Brief
• Doing the technical setup of the site – the DNS, the database, the Wordpress install
• Configuring the site and plugins to create a search engine friendly site
• Setting up the sitemap – page placeholders, About, Contact, Sitemap, Links – everything in the Site Plan
• Setting up your blog, blog categories and RSS feed, and creating a Feedburner feed with email subscriptions
• Creating your Google Analytics account and linking it to your site
• Creating the user accounts you require
• Helping you understand the content management facilities, how to create posts, pages and links, and how to manage comments – all without a web developer
• Training you in the self managed design facilities, showing you how you can change the look and feel of your website without a web developer

Our Website Planning & Setup service costs $300 per month for 12 months. If you feel at any stage that you are not receiving value for money, you may cancel your service with us, with no pay out obligation. We only receive our full website planning and setup fee after 12 months of valuable service.

Should you choose our Website Startup Content Package, we will:

• Undertake keyword analysis using Wordtracker and a range of other information sources, and provide you with a Keyword Analysis Research report highlighting our recommendations on the three most important content areas for you to focus on
• Based on your decision regarding keywords, research and write content for three search engine authority pages. These will form a critical hub for organic search results, and titles, headings and meta descriptions will be optimized for search engines.
• Develop a pay-per-click search engine marketing campaign for the three keyword groups, and impement it using Google AdWords and custom developed landing pages.
• Establish your blog categories to support your keywords and prepare three draft blog posts introducing the blog.
• Walk through the site with your prior to final launch

Our Website Startup Content Package costs $300 per month for 12 months. Once again, if you feel at any time that you are not receiving excellent value for money, you may cancel your subscription with no further obligation to pay. We only receive our full fee after 12 months of satisfaction with the content we have prepared for you.

Operating your Online Marketing Website

To make it easy for you to focus on business and not technology, we do a number of important things. Firstly, we let you share our hosting environment. An online marketing site has more demanding needs than a typical website, as it allows interaction with your visitors (such as comments and subscriptions) – great for creating business opportunities, but also potential opportunities for hackers.

We keep your site operational, monitor activity and run regular backups. If your site goes down, you can get in touch with us for support, a much more personal affair than having to go to a hosting company’s technical support forums. Finally, we give you important education in how to get your online marketing strategy underway.

Using our shared hosting facilities costs $24/mth. Access to our marketing system, education and technical support costs $36/mth. For higher volume commercial websites, we recommend the use of the Akismet anti-spam plugin, which requires an Akismet API. These can be purchased from Automattic for $50 USD/mth, or alternatively PublicityShip can provide access to its enterprise key for $19 AUD/mth. Not for profit and small scale personal websites can register for Akismet for free.
